Tarangire National Park

On Day 1 of your 5-day camping safari in Tanzania, you will be picked up from your accommodation in Arusha and driven to Tarangire National Park. The drive will take approximately two hours. Upon arrival, you’ll begin a game drive in the park. Tarangire is known for its large herds of elephants, and you’ll likely see many of them during your game drive. You may also see other animals such as giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and buffalo. Tarangire is also a bird watcher’s paradise with over 500 bird species recorded in the park.

After your game drive, you’ll head to your campsite where you will have dinner and spend the night. The campsite will be set up for you and will include comfortable tents, sleeping bags, and mattresses. Tarangire National Park

On Day 2 of your 5-day camping safari in Tanzania, after breakfast at the campsite, you’ll pack up and drive to Serengeti National Park. The journey will take approximately 6-7 hours, with a stop at the Ngorongoro Conservation Area for a view of the crater. The crater is one of the world’s largest inactive volcanic calderas and is home to an abundance of wildlife, including lions, elephants, and rhinos.

After the crater view, you’ll continue your journey to the Serengeti National Park, which is known for its vast plains and the annual wildebeest migration. You’ll have a game drive en route to your campsite, and you’ll likely spot many animals on the way. After setting up camp, you’ll have dinner and spend the night at the campsite. During the annual wildebeest migration, which typically takes place between June and October, you’ll witness one of the greatest natural spectacles on earth. Millions of wildebeest, zebras, and other grazing animals move across the Serengeti in search of fresh grass and water.

In the evenings, you’ll return to the campsite for dinner and spend the night under the stars. Your guide will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and share their knowledge of the park’s flora and fauna. Serengeti To Arusha

On Day 5 of your 5-day camping safari in Tanzania, after breakfast at the campsite, you’ll pack up and begin your journey back to Arusha. You’ll have a game drive en route, giving you one last opportunity to spot wildlife in the Serengeti.

You’ll stop for lunch at a picnic site before continuing the drive to Arusha, arriving in the late afternoon. You’ll be dropped off at your accommodation in Arusha, marking the end of your safari adventure.
